If you do consider big mods, then please consider Campfire/Frostfall. SkyUI Weapons Pack messes up the warmth and coverage values making the values illegible.
EDIT: Nevermind. The first post you stated you wont mess with Frostfall :(
Hi mate, sorry for the late response, probably don't even play Skyrim SE anymore but I can tell you this, as well as everyone else that if you add these lines:
Ah I mistook your post, that only fixes I believe the Warmth/Coverage titles, not the actual values itself I've noticed as I have this issue too, at first I thought it was the game maybe needing to catch up but after five minutes I realised my game is in dire need of a Frostfall/Sky UI Weapons Patch/Animated Armory, I've been trying for the past hour now to no avail to get them to work together. But it's not having it, I know it's do-able but we need someone experienced enough to sort this. As for me, it goes way over my head when I open a Shockwave Flash up and just see lots of random words and symbols and numbers.
EDIT 1: Just figured out there's an app to translate it which is the original Adobe ShockWave Player, I'll give it a go and then upload it on the Nexus if they'll allow me this time.
EDIT 2: Nah, no such luck, what a bloody pain. :/ I believe the following files need editing to correspond with the translations... That would be... barter, container, inventory, bottombar, itemcard and crafting menu files. Overwriting them with this mod just messes the wording up for Animated Armory/Sky UI Weapons Pack or Frostfall's warmth/coverage detection on armors.
Thanks for the info. I too have had people look at patching the two together. Unfortunately, they haven't been able to.
I did find out that Dear Diary includes Sky UI Weapons Pack. I haven't tested all the icons from the weapons pack, but most are working and it's compatible with Frostfall.
Also, not sure if this will help you, but this person uploaded a patch for the weapons pack to work with Animated Armory.
It would be great if one could be done for Animated Armory. Don't know if that would mess with scripts because I have no idea how to patch things. But like I said in the original mod, this is screaming for Animated Armory.
I just discovered animates armoury because of making this. I've been considering adding it to my modlist, and I'll probably be making a patch for it, assuming it just needs added keywords (I don't know how to script). But for that particular beast of a mod I'd feel more comfortable letting that author handle it, especially considering the icons seem to be mostly tailored to that mod in the first place
Perfectly understandable. I just started using it a while ago myself and it is a pretty expansive mod, so I understand your hesitance to mess with it. That's ok. Someone will eventually tackle that sucker.
I'm in the middle of re-organizing all my mods getting ready to move to a new computer (soon, i hope) but I have had AA installed for about a month and yes, it is worth it. Nice new weapons with animations that work well for them. Just makes sense. And it is still being work on (i.e. not a dead mod) fairly regularly.
I use Nemesis nowadays instead of FNIS because there are a few mods that just don't work on FNIS anymore (like DServant's CGO that I can't live without). Took a little time to work everything around, but I'm calling it a practice run for the new computer. If you haven't switched yet (and I'm not shamelessly plugging this, just suggesting) it is worth the time and effort to do so. Especially since more and more mods are now becoming dependent on Nemesis to run. Animated Armoury needs FNIS or Nemesis to work and no they don't play well together so its one or the other.
I'm gonna have to play around with it then. I stopped using FNIS a while ago right after that whole controversy went down, so it's nice to see something come and give it a little competition. Thanks for the heads up! I've been rather busy the last year and a half and had no idea so many cool things were out ?
Nemesis doesn't have a Nexus entry yet, only Nemesis PCEA. Here's a direct link to the creator's download. https://github.com/ShikyoKira/Project-New-Reign---Nemesis-Main/releases
Biggest hassle is figuring out what needs to be done, because there is no written "manual" for it yet as it is still a WIP. But there are a few video's out to help and plenty of people running it that you can harass if you have questions. :)
AA has a patch for Heavy Armory which uses many of the same keywords. Not sure if that helps or conflicts with this mod. Some weapons have different keywords (rapier instead of spear) so that may be a problem. I'm planning to Bash the two and see what happens.
The keywords are compatible. Any Animated Armoury whip will have a whip icon. Quarterstaff have a different keyword though, weaptypeqtrstaff instead of weaptypequarterstaff.
Yeah, all alabastorr would need to do is change this mod's quarterstaff keyword to WeapTypeQtrStaff. The other keywords are the same between this and Animated Armoury.
Hello, requests are no longer being considered. I dont mind patching for a few of the bigger ones, but Im not going to be doing patches for everything, especially mods with no clear documentation (i.e. Im not opening a mod I dont use and scouring through 300+ pieces of equipment to find out which is a rapier and which is a sword). I will do Immersive Weapons when Im finished with my current project, and I am moving at the end of June, so no eta on when.
No, the only changes the plugins make is adding a keyword to certain weapons so the UI mod can recognize them. it changes nothing about how the original mods are set up. This is a patch to another mod, not a bug fix.
i have a request if you dont mind. I use Dear Diary, and it overwrites some of the files of dear diary is it possible that you can make a compatible with dear diary version. It would be highly appreciated.
The Weapon Pack mod author said it was better to reach out to the various recolor mod authors to get info, so I hopped over to the mod post log, and DD's author has stated he's already reached out to Weapon Pack's author, so hopefully we get it directly from DD's author soon!

To skyui_se_english at the very bottom. They will work and won't be illegible anymore. I have tested this myself right now and it's working. :)

p.s. Kudos for your effort.
