Since I can't figure out how to manage NexusMods's changelogs with multiple files having different versions, I will maintain my own changelogs as the top section of the readme, which can be found under the "Docs" tab.
If you're seeing issues in your game, it's likely that it's user error. After all we're all flawed humans who make mistakes, and there are a lot of files here to keep track of. So please first make sure that:
You are using the latest versions of all relevant mods and patches. This means latest BPT, latest LOTD, latest files here, etc...
You've taken into account the "What Patches Do I Need? What Order?" section I posted in the main description page.
If after that, you're still seeing issues, it's also likely that there are problems with these patches. After all I too am a flawed human who make mistakes. It's also likely that there are unresolved conflicts with other mods you might be using. For these, while I can't guarantee "tech support" with your load orders, I might still be able to help, and in any case it might be useful to know whether the issues are due to my patches. To make things dead easy (and thus more likely that I can actually help), please post load order related issues with the following information:
A screenshot of the issue
Having the "More Informative Console" mod installed, identify a problematic object in the console and post a screenshot showing the "More Informative Console" information, specifically, please ensure RefID and which plugin it came from is visible. Be careful to make sure you clicked on the right thing. Sometimes it's easy to click on the player character or some invisible fog mesh in front of it by mistake. "More Informative Console" should show enough metadata to hint at you what you clicked on. If you want to be doubly sure, you can disable and re-enable the object to make sure the right object is being selected.
Your full load order, shared using a pastebin.com paste as a link (or some other way of sharing text without cluttering up the comments).
If you are a more advanced user savvy enough with xEdit, I would greatly appreciate it if you post xEdit screenshots identifying the problem as well.
Any chance for a back port to LE on this patch BPT, LOTD, and ES? Please I cannot go without these on LE but I cannot get the back port patch to work for me.
I used your patch and updated it with a few additional modifications for Legacy of the Dragonborn V6). It's available on Drengin's Solitude Patch Collection.
leontristain - whenever you get back, feel free to grab it, addapt your way if you want and reupload it here. I will remove mine then.
Hi! I found a bunch of issues with the LOTD patch. Thus, I have created a bugfix patch, which can be found here: Blue Palace Terrace Patch Collection. In particular, I was not content with the design of the corridor interior, since its asset use clashes quite notably with the other Blue Palace interiors (no surprise, really, since the gallery model uses an exterior tileset). Using that mesh as a basis also resulted in a bad fit with the exterior. Moreover, I replaced some AI markers with more appropriate ones and fixed some technical issues, such as navmesh issues on the terrace side and a wild edit at the museum courtyard.
Feel free to update the other LOTD patches at this page to use my interior edits (other modders are also welcome to), but discuss with me first if you don't want them to depend on my patch.

I figured I was the only madman fixated in smashing 10+ mods on Solitude alone. I'm really glad I was wrong.
