For Cabbage ENB + NAT Weathers. Fixes inconsistent water colors in Whiterun. Also make sure to lower ReflectionAmount.

Load after any of the main plugins but before FWMF patch, if you're using one.

Works with other similar "bright" ENB presets, as well.
