I don't know why it doesn't work for you, especially if you only have those few mods installed, try linking your load order here in a spoiler so I can try to understand if there is a real problem
If I am using Spaghetti's Cities - AIO, ELFX, LUX-Via, should I download the Tamriel Master Lights - Standard version? Or can I use the Tamriel Master Lights - Cities version?
With paraphernalie anti-flicker a lot a fire emit no lights. If you use it I recommand switching to Realistic Ligntning Overhaul instead. Hope it helps some people.
But he has a point, I've searched for a solution for so long, most of your added lights in Markarth didn't emit light... But after disabling paraphernalia anti-flicker, the light is finally back !!!
My recomemendation though is - remove paraphernalia anti-flicker for good, and never look back :)
Are patch dedicated for LoSII required with the full version of this mod? Its not clear on the mod page haha. It says to ''keep the patches if we already have LosII'' It doesn't talk about this version though
Should I let this mod overwrite DynDOLOD Resources or should I let DynDOLOD Resources overwrite it. I didn't generate any lod and I wanted to ask before proceeding

Is it possible to prevent the huge amount of large reference warnings in dyndolod?
As far as I understood the dyndolod recommendations those should be fixed to be able to use the large reference system in combination with dyndolod.
