Ok so turns out that the patch is for Better Dynamic Snow version 2. LOOT also thinks version 3 has a built in patch for this, so I guess this mod is obsolete for BDS.
Can we get a patch for Inigo and 3ds trees please? The tree we have to climb to get the egg for Langley, the egg float and too far from the tree. The tree is changed and don't reach the egg and I fall through if I walk too high. Thanks.
So is there a patch for ETaC v.07? I saw the no tree lanterns patch in the install folder, but that does nothing about the floating tree moss. There is tree moss floating in the air all around Morthal, plus a few other places touched by ETaC. "More Informative Console" shows the mesh comes from S3DTP and the modified records come from ETaC. I have looked for a patch, but found nothing.
A side note: I am using JK's Skyrim with ETaC Complete, but have installed the patch. Which to my knowledge, removes JK's changes to the locations ETaC affects. So I have not installed the JK's S3DT patch.
I thought about loading ETaC before S3DTP, but the author of ETaC instructs to load his mod after tree replacers.
Actually its easy. I dont even use tha patch anymore. Just download sse edit and then load the mods and go to 3d trees. Then just highlight and delete everything you dont want in the flora, etc section. I removed the aspens and a few other trees but left the pines and plants. Game has never looked better. I can send you a patch too but its not perfect or maybe send you the edits I did, or just try it. I dont even think i had to delete the meshes tbh just made the edits in sse edit.
oh wow, that sounds really easy. To be honest I actually am the complete opposite as you though. I do not like the plants part of the mod, but love the trees. I am going to try this. I like Cathedral 3d mountain flowers much better but since I do not know how to get 3D Trees and plants to load after 3D mtn flowers, I am stuck with them. Thanks.
Out of hopes of a response, I think skyrim 3d trees conflicts with Riverwood keep by skyrimlazz, I've posted a picture under images there and mentioned a few things about what I experienced as well in the posts. If there is any one up to patch it or too dig deeper if this is the problem or not for Riverwood keep I mentioned please let me know. There are also a few other people that I've seen posted saying that they are experiencing the same thing but didn't elaborate any further ( tho they could've easily scrolled down too see that they were not the only ones that are experiencing the same thing ). But some give up to quickly, I would like too keep this mod ( Riverwood keep ) as it's awesome to have for a ton of followers to go to or stay at or to start a tundra defense at. Too also mention I haven't seen the other castles palaces made by skyrimlazz with skyrim 3d trees downloaded but they might also be experiencing a similar issue. Thank you for your time for reading this and making the necessary patches that makes my game seamless, I know I dropped everything at your doorstep but you can start patching it up any time that you desire, thanks again.
Consider one for Obscure's College Of Winterhold? The patch on that mods page doesn't seem to function correctly on the top of the mages tower. The tree clips through the furniture. Not sure on the rest of the lower trees. Thanks!
