    the chest don't appear for me do I have to have the mod installed before buying any of the house or something

    Be careful disenchanting the amulet of lifting. It will set your enchantment skill to 100 and level you up a few times. Just figured that out.

    I don't like nmm so I use vortex and vortex is telling me that this mod is designed for a different game (oldrim).

      The site now correctly detects Vortex and just installed it myself today. Good luck!

      Vortex is still telling me that its for a different game, and that's just after updating and restarting it.

      Might have something to do with the fact that I made it with the beta, pre-release creation kit.

      Yeah MO2 is telling me the same thing "Form 43 plugin detected" which is Oldrim, where SE uses form 44

      Tom Tesoro, (or anyone):  It takes about 5 minutes to convert it to form 44 where "Wrye Bash" is happy with it.

      I learned to do it from this link where he gives you a .pdf to download with the procedure:

      here is my quick and dirty explanation that I had written for a comment on another mod that can be done on "buildingmaterialsgodchest.esp""

      "then saved in CK after renaming and naming back the aadeletewhendonetestjeremeybig file.
      then removing aadeletewhendonetestjeremeybig from SSEEdit and saved.
      then from xTranslator "finalize esp/esm as" and saved."

      (at least with Vortex, after converting, make sure you "deploy mods" and say yes to save new esp.)

    Great idea, however it is not recommended for those who use auto-loot mods. At every scan my looting mod saw the container as being full again. In the end I had 65k copies of everything with a weight in the millions.

    Leaving this post for anyone who has crashes in Falkreath hold when buying land, this mod was what was causing it, went through every one of the 107 mods, as soon as I disabled this one and only this one, the sale completed. Don't know why but wanted to save someone else some time.

      It would be this mod AND another conflicting, almost always the case. Mod 1 changes some tiny part of a script which mod 2 does not change but ti changes another tiny part and the changes react.

    Damn, it's been 3 years already. If I could endorse this a second time I would. I never enjoyed the grind of Hearthfire at all. Thanks for making this.

    Really like this mod, made it easier for me to build my house, and not hunt all over the place just to find everything. Hoping you add small antlers in future version.

    Hey guys, when I try to download this with Nexus Mod Manager, it tells me that the download is complete, but never gives the option to install it, and I can't find it listed in any of the mod categories. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

    UPDATE: Never mind; I found it in a folder labeled "Unassigned". For some reason the little green indicator doesn't pop up to tell you that you've got an unactivated mod there.
