If you're getting a CTD, I have to assume something is overwriting Auri, either in terms of assets or the esp plugin. See if anything is overwriting my mod assets. Then, open up xEdit and find Auri in my mod and see if anything is overwriting it.
Whereas most mods would have some sort of blackface bug, mine will CTD because I am using a unique head mesh rather than Skyrim's own head mesh.
Could you move the meshes to a different folder? This mod overwrite several COTR .tri files and conflict with other COTR-based mods like High Poly COTR and COTR Overhaul.
Yeah unfortunately the texture doesn't really align with CBBE/3BA. I had to delete the body textures completely to resolve the issue (clipping pelvis, feets, some "chest" texture problems) - although it gives a little misalignment with color of the neck and face. Thank you for your mod! She is one of the most gorgeous (if not the most gorgeous) followers/replacers out there, 10/10 even with these issues. Though giving her 3BA textures would make her 11/10 for sure
I think a little switcheroo happened when this mod was packed because the CBBE skin option uses the same textures as the default, which seems to be UNP. Once installed in a mod folder, the skin textures are in textures\actors\character\Refined\Body. If your default body is CBBE/3BA, these should be replaced with matching textures like Bijin CBBE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20078?tab=files).
This is the best Auri redesign so far. Unfortunately, her body doesn't line up well with the CBB 3BA. I fixed this by replacing the two files famelebody.dds and msn, in the CBBE texture, texture, actor, character, refine folder, with the files from the CBBE mod.
Is anyone successfully using this mod on SE 1.5.97 after the Auri update on December 4th? I'm getting a CTD on launch with only SKSE, Auri, and this mod loaded. Loading Auri alone works fine. Loading the previous version of Auri with the previous version of this mod works fine as well. There's nothing overwriting this mod's files according to Mod Organizer (including in the Overwrite folder), and I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to check next.
Thanks for the mod btw, I've been using it for so long that it's cemented as my canon Auri look :)
Edit: I solved it! For anyone facing a similar issue, I had to download the Backport Extended ESL Support mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/106441?tab=description).
For those who's got the issue with weird face (nose specificly). Moving Refined Auri.esp higher helped to solve the issue. After closing the game the issue reoocured for me again but after using loot (the Refined Auri.esp load order was changed ) the issue was fixed again. My guess is that before launching the game you need to move Refined Auri.esp and it helps you for some reasone. Maybe it will help someone =)
