Makes Elianora's beautiful Breezehome Overhaul compatible with Open Cities.

Works with the latest version (1.6) but does not include the outside planters. Personally, I prefer the home without the planters, so I'll leave this up for those who feel the same. If you want the planters check out Random Open Cities Patches.

This patch combines the immersion of Arthmoor's Open Cities with the elegance of Elianora's Breezehome. Both mods are required, and should be loaded in the following order:
Eli_Breezehome.esp
Open Cities Skyrim.esp
Eli_Breezehome-Open_Cities-Patch.esp
I'd also like to personally thank both Eli and Arthy for their amazing work and dedication to quality. The state of Skyrim Modding would be quite different without their contributions.
