A small old run down decommissioned castle converted into a cozy home, located just behind pelagia farm
Hearthfire multiple adoptions required to move your family in (Cast the "Bless Home" spell inside)
Must be purchased for 25,000 gold - Click the sale sign near the door
Features
Man Cell - Dining, crafting, Library, Bar, follower rooms (7 beds)
Bedroom Cell - Master bedroom, kids room (6 beds), Secret Room
Armory Cell - Storage & Displays
Underground Garden Cell - 27 planters
Auto undressing for NPC's at pools
Auto undressing can be disabled
Kids room can be converted into a follower room
Teleport Spell (book on table near big window)
Buttons in Underground Garden can be used for:
Disabling auto undressing
Converting kids rooms to follower rooms
Changing the vampire room
I've not added any npc's to this one, recommend using MHIYH or other follower management mod to move your favourite followers.
