Would have been preferred if you'd instead of a second dresser upstairs to the right of the player's bed put a second treasure chest. The dresser is clunky and eats up space (speaking from a visual pov) + the dull brownish color of the furniture dominates the room even more; a second chest = mucho apreciado.

P.S.: Should you make that change - I'll endorse, if not then not, I guess. lol Cheers!

If you go into Xedit you can just cahange it to a chest yourself and since it's not larger the Navs will not be an issue.

Hey! Just wanted to say this mod is also compatible with Breezehome Garden if you want to add some planters! (This also works together with Breezehome Enchanter's Table.)

So many home overhauls change so much that it breaks them, or other aspects of the game. I can run all of the Simple Improvement mods with a load order of nearly 700 without a hitch. No more missing walls, bugged furniture, spazzing companions etc. Thanks for a tasteful and simple remake of all the base homes. I went off with the hearthfire homes but this was perfect for the others and doesnt conflict with anything.

I don't know if it's this mod which is causing the problem, but my followers won't enter.  Current followers are Inigo (mod) Lydia, and Freki (mod dog).

I don't have Skyrim installer right now but I've never had issues with followers. Navmesh edits are minimal and not near the entrance anyway.

I'm definitely considering either just taking the All in One version or due to wanting to use specific overhauls for 1 or 2 of the vanilla player homes while also running very tight on plugin space in my load order I was wondering if these would be safe to compact form ID's thru xedit to flag as esl.

I know there are some other vanilla home overhauls that add and/or change substantially more than these versions do that were able to be made into esl flagged esp's and when I load them in xedit and run it's script to check for esp's that are safe to flag as ESL it says this plugins can if compacted first.  I know with larger complex mods or mods that reference items tied to a specific mod can have problems if you compact but I was unsure on these homes

I've had a chance to check out all the Simple Improvements touches in game and even tho it's not a lot they are definitely very nice simple yet useful tweaks. All definitely worth endorsements

I'm getting some problem with rubberbanding (is that the right term?)  when you enter, on the right side next to he fire and book shelf   sometimes npc teleport

I admit I loaded up creation kit and made a few alterations (enchanting table in bedroom) but didn't touch  that area.  No good with navmeshing if thats what caused it?

I don't think I have changes navmesh in that area? In general navmesh edits are limited to making some space for new furniture, nothing big.

This mod is 9/10, definitely giving it an endorse. Makes Breezehome a much better place to live.

Only gripe is my wife likes to sleep in the guest cot. Is there a way we can have a version without the cot?

PSA: This mod is also compatible with Breezehome Enchanter's Table, which adds one right beside the alchemy station in the small room at the back left of the house.

I installed mid game with Open Cities and have no problems/CTDs. Effective and simple Breezehome. Endorsed! If you plan to update could you possibly use the same style dressers as the originals and center the rug underneath the dining table? Feature request add an armor rack or two=D Other than that the mod is great!

I like it. Can you add open city compatible patches?

I don't use Open Cities, but this is just an interior cell, sure it's not compatible?

It can be used, but from the house to the open city, It is actually a closed city, and there is no perfect compatibility.

You can refer to this mod, thank you very much for your reply.
