Good luck with it! As a mod user, may I make a suggestion? Rather than working towards a large mod-pack, why not learn about how to make .esls and turn the page into a weapon mod hub? Weapon packs are typically too large to be esl-ified, but a bunch of .esl's won't take up any space in the load order. I know I'd be more inclined to download individual .esls rather than an .esp pack, particularly if I didn't yet know how to merge mods. Well done! I shall be watching your career with great interest...
Thanks for the suggestion i'll look into the esl instead of esp's im new to the whole skyrim workflow as im used to unreal engine/unity. Thank you for your post.
I like what you're doing personally. If it's not too much hassle, my two cents would be to have both. One being the ultimate pack and one being the esls as someone may also prefer an all in one for their game. Overall. this looks awesome. Thank you for sharing your mod with the commuity.

I recommend to use a copy of vanilla leveled wep in order to skip a long way of creating new files out of null.
