Hello! Thanks for making the mod. The safe house and the key shows up for me, but the courier and the quest doesn't no matter which town I travel to. I extracted every file in the zip folder to my skyrim folder, still doesn't work :/ any idea how to fix this? Thanks!
No idea, this is the first I've heard of this problem. Are you installing via NMM? Do you have any mods that may interfere with the Courier? Try Fast travelling to a big city (like Whiterun) waiting indoors for a bit then going out near the entrance of the city. It could be a matter of just missing him... To ensure it's a problem with the mod start a new game with only this mod active and see if he shows up near Riverwood or Whiterun.
Sometimes the courier will try to reach you out in the wild to give you the letter, this happened to me few times, so if he can't reach you in the wild and you travel away, you just need to wait in a big city for a while.
Nice mod, I have an issue where I can't get rid of the letter in my inventory after the quest is complete though(still a quest item). Any chance you can hook me up with the code to remove it manually?

The item code is xx004ed8 (where xx is the mods position in your load order). You can type "help lorenze 4" to acquire the first 2 digits for the removal code(again without the quotes).
Thanks for the mod tat2teel, and although I did have a few issues with the quest I still feel it's worth an endorsement (I would suggest removing the quest from it entirely though, as it did create problems even when completed correctly).
What kind of problems did it create? Please be specific, so I can understand what may be the actual issue. As far as removing the quest is concerned, I'm not really sure it's something that I really want to do. But if it is causing issues I would like to correct them.
Quest flow should be: Get letter, read letter, grab key: Quest Complete.
Not sure if its a music mod I already had or if you have a custom for the Safe house, but it fits so nicely. I do feel like the Items are OP, but I'll just hang em back up if I feel its ruining it for me. Nice job.
Hey, thanks for the feedback. The music that plays should be the same music that plays when you're in an inn (lol) I thought it was a nice little break and felt "homey"
That's a fair critique thehurtbear and I appreciate the feedback. When I made the mod, it was after years of playing the game, so for me it was less about keeping things "balanced" and more about fitting the "role" that the character had.

When I get a chance I'll load up the CK and get you the item code. You should be able to remove it with player.removeitem [ITEM ID] 1
