This needs to be a modular install. I would much prefer to not have the fur armor as i have patched originals with fur shaders and they look far better. Or add fur shaders to the fur armor because that one set is honestly a downgrade.
I love NordWarUA's armors and have been trying to find a way to completely replace all vanilla armors. RMB SPID/ Sentinel is good but I am nitpicky when it comes to style inconsistencies as in I don't wanna see vanilla armors and NordWarUA's at the same time. This mod replace but also add duplicates with lesser material or different stats, ruining the vanilla balance. So for those like me I recommend using RemoveCraftingRecipes Synthesis patch to remove the duplicate recipes (or you can just delete the ConstructibleObject in xEdit). I do not know however, if these dupes also distributed to NPC.
Im am having some trouble with this mod, not exactly sure what the issue is. im using 3 or 4 other armor mods that are being distributed to the npcs just fine and this one not so much. cant really figure out whats going on. any help would be appreciated
In case you're still looking for help. First step is you need a mod manager, for beginner or normal modding I would suggest using Vortex since it has everything you need for casual use. All you have to do after your mod organizer is set up is download the mod (Vortex has direct link to Nexus so click the Vortex button), install its content, enable the mod as that's an easy one to forget, and then click deploy. Skyrim is not a game that it would ever be advised to manually mod, so make sure you only do this through a mod manager.
I should also mention since its fans are extremely vocal, there is also Mod Organizer 2, it's less convenient but most people prefer it.
Been using this mod for years, can't stay quiet about how awesome it is. The vanilla armor looks like fantasy foam garbage, this replacer makes it look totally badass. I have several of NordwarUA's mods, and they're all equally amazing. Definitely one of my favorite modders for their appreciation of realism and the incredible detail of the models and textures. Now the armor looks functional, and functional is cool!
I just have to say I absolutely LOVE what you did with the dwarwen armor, you took one of my least liked armor in the game and turned it into one of my favorites. And the ebony armor iv always liked but yours is far better and your weapon replacers for ebony are irreplaceable. I always find myself having a hard time upgrading in skyrim because the low level equipment like iron and steel look so much better (less hardcore fantasy) than the higher tier but now I can actually aim for ebony equipment. I can only dream that you are currently working on the same replacer for equipment like glass, stalhrim, orcish.
Not being funny here but are you sure you installed it correctly and it is active in your list? You would be surprised how often people download a mod but forget to activate it properly. If it is installed and active properly then you have a conflict. Been using this mod for years and I can promise you it works as advertised.

- 3 sources have indicated that THIS MOD is causing a FREEZE when purchasing from merchants ie Alvor, Ulfberth, and a few others...
- Removing this mod gets rid of the FREEZE when trading with the mentioned merchants.
Currently looking for patches or fixes so I can resume using this awesome mod.

Super underrated mod!
