Set your level to 25 or below if you want to test the low-level version Set your level between 25 or 60 if you want to test the mid-level version Set your level above 60 if you want to test the high-level version.
To set level open the console and type in either player.setlevel [your_desired_level_here] to set level directly but without gaining perks, or use player.advlevel [experience_amount] to gain perks and be able to set attributes.
Example: player.setlevel 60, player.advlevel 5000
After you have set your level and gotten whatever equipment you want please move to the enemy.
Do that by typing: player.moveto xx00aa3e replace xx with the load order number
For me it's 92 which means it will look like this for me player.moveto 9200aa3e Yours will likely be different :D
What I really want to see is more formidable single-combat encounters in Skyrim in general, out on the overworld and not in dungeons. The Ebony Warrior and your Ancient Wanderer are two good fights, and I've added a couple others with mods, but I want more such fights against roaming characters that can rival the player. Skyrim's world needs to be scarier, and this might do the trick. So yeah, I'd really be interested in a boss series, though you shouldn't feel pressured to rush.
Honestly this is a good try, BUT we still need to find someone who'll make us the CINEMATIC version, cuz this one here I can call a 8k remaster for the in-game version(I had higher hopes, but in game it looks painfully pathetic). Unfortunately we don't have any source for that model, it is deep in Bethesda office or smth like that. I will thank you anyway, because this is beautiful work.
So is he suppose to stalk the player. He never goes hostile unless I attack him and he follows me all over the place while invisible. Super creepy but it adds some much needed tension to the game.
I don't know if you intend on updating or changing your mod, but I think the boss fight definitely needs work. My biggest suggestion would be giving him a dedicated dungeon, as if you're unprepared in Hjaalmarch he can just obliterate you before you even know he's there, this actually trapped me in a loop of being stuck inside Dragon Bridge because he kept killing me and made me load an older save. Another suggestion which I have a feeling conflicts with your vision would be to nerf the guy. I play on the adept setting, for reference. His attacks are too powerful, too quick, he has too much health, too high a resistance to weapons, etc. Frustrated, I used console cheats and while he was in his second phase, at low health, he instantly restored all of it. Overall our duel in Dragon Bridge took some 20 minutes. I would also suggest making the female variant, of course Overall I consider this a great mod which has a permanent spot in my load order despite the fact that I don't stand a chance against the King of Worms. Having your mod include a very difficult fight instead of just finding the armor somewhere is a great choice, especially since the character used works as a rival regardless of the player's alignment, be they a hero or a villain.
Bruh you arent suppose to fight him early game, just avoid him, what i literally just did. Hes The Ancient Wanderer, if you feel like you should be able to hurt him at low level, thats a you problem.
I searched for him for a good 2 hours before using the stickied comment instructions and found out he spawned directly inside a rock, I'm not entirely sure whether this is a bug or not
A not long ago my character fast traveled to Morthal and that boss guy was happened to be just in front of him, literally. My character's level was 10-ish and it took almost one hour to beat that boss (my character kept dying lol). Oh my, that boss fight was one of the best in my Skyrim playthroughs. I could defeat him only because his AI is dumb (dragon priests in this game are dumb after all). Anyway, thanks for the mod, that was hella good fight.
hey is it okay for someone to port this to xbox? and i read the description and it said i might need to ask someone else, if so can you point me to their direction too if you give me the okay? Thanks. Edit: found them too and asked, now im just waiting to hear from both sides
Not really, he wanders around the marsh, to the outside of dragons bridge often near Robber's Gorge. There is no specific place where you find him iirc.
If you still can't find him use the command in the spoiler in the first stickied comment.
What a great armour mod! I love it so much. Thank you, Nerudious! But, one question: does this mod not interfere with SarthesArai's The Elder Scrolls Online Imports' implemented locations? Since presumably you added a new location where we can encounter the owner of the Revenant Armour to unlock the ability to forge the set, I fear that the cell/area location might clash against each other. If don't know if you know said mod, but if you don't, I highly recommend it if you want to synchronize the lore of TESV:S and ESO.

Is this something you would want to see? Or am I taking to much water over my head?
