so far the mod works fine but there are a couple of quest that cant be finished, like when you get "destroy the bandit camp" after clearing the bandits you cant interact attack or do anything to the little tents that spawn so it ends unfinished on my quest log, also sometimes quest objetives will spawn inside edifications or rock and mountains.
I took 3 missions from the Falkreath board. I've got Moon and Star installed, not sure it matters, but all 3 missions were located on Little Vivec, the island on Lake Ilinalta. 2 of the mission objectives were to destroy certain objects, but these objects all spawned underwater and under the terrain.
Just want to add more info. This is actually happening with EVERY single undaunted missive that I take from the Falkreath board. They ALL are located on the same spot. and often, the bounty missives have MULTIPLE of the same mob spawning at the same time. I've had over 100 wolves spawn, over 100 bandits spawn, all at the same point. Don't know if this is just the Missives part, or base Undaunted.
+1 to this. I've been starting in Winterhold for my last couple of plays, and about 4 out of 5 times I take an Undaunted Missive it spawns it in exactly the same location - up by Lost Beacon in the northern part of the map. When I took more than one, it stacked them on the same point. They also took a long time to appear, to the point where some of them (hunt a bear was the one in particular) wouldn't appear at all. Though I am running a high intensity mod list so that might be the cause of the spawn delays.
Note for anyone using Quick Loot. I've had issues when trying to access an Undaunted chest after completing a Missives Undaunted bounty. Do NOT attempt to loot contents from the chest directly. Use the Search option so the game can register that you've used your Undaunted key. Then when the chest inventory opens, it should display your loot as normal. I'm using a converted-for-personal-use version of World's Dawn, which operates dynamically and spawns loot in containers, so that might have had impact on the issue. That being said, I've gotten CTDs when trying to just directly open the chest without using the Search option above. Hope this helps.
I'm curious if anyone else has seen where the undaunted missives get stuck showing up as "loading" as their name. The first time I went to the board, they had unique names but on subsequent visits they were just named "loading", and never did update after repeated save/reloads of the game or letting a day pass by. Could still pull the missions and they worked fine, they just lost their generated names.
Yeah I'm getting the same issue. Not sure what the cause is. Each missives board also has an empty "undaunted chest" nearby for some reason, which is kind of immersion breaking.
I am also getting this problem, but for me it goes away after I finish the bounties and new ones spawn. I also use QuickLoot, and find that "forcing" the missives to spawn right away (instead of waiting a couple of seconds until everything has finished loading) causes this. As in, if I'm looking at the Missive Board/its container while it generates missions, once I look away and back again this will happen. It also happens if I leave missions for later instead of picking them up right away. The mission text on the journal registers as normal, so for me it's mostly a visual annoyance.
As for the chests, according to the mod's description: "Each Missives board also has an Undaunted chest next to it, allowing you to trade in your keys for randomly selected scaled loot from any loaded mod." - this is so that you don't have to run back to the original Undaunted camp in Eastmarch in order to trade your keys for rewards. It will be empty until you use a key to unlock it, in which case it will generate rewards according to your Undaunted MCM settings.
I have a problem every time I install this mod :(. When traveling to the place where I have a specific quest for this mod, such as going to kill a vampire ... when this vampire appears I have a little "stutter" that is annoying. It's like a script problem, but only it happens to me with the quests of this mod.
Hi, I'm not the mod author, but as someone who has been playing with this mod for a while, maybe I can give you some insight. The thing with Undaunted is that it only spawns the enemies you are supposed to kill when you are a certain distance from the objective marker, from what I gather. This means that when you get close, there will be a hiccup while the game spawns the NPCs. Now, I'm no expert, but from what I understand, this is affected by a bunch of different things, such as your computer's processing power, the number of graphical and script mods you're using, and how many items are spawning alongside the NPC. This is not unique to Undaunted, and happens with basically any mod that spawns in enemies on the fly.
My PC is pretty average and I do get stutter when nearing the spawn point. What I do is sneak close and wait until all enemies have finished spawning. I also avoid saving while near the spawn point, in case it worsens the problem.
This is a great addition and has, until recently, worked fine for me. However, I find that some quests place their marker but nothing else - no objects or enemies. This means that I have to dump the missive to get rid of the quest. Anyone else come across this?

Falkreath is remote and has very few persist refs to choose from.
I found it during development but it seemed odd to leave out a hold.
