This is lovely! I've been looking for something like this that is highly compatible! Whiterun looks gorgeous! And it looks great with cathedral's plants and other plant replacers! Thank you so much! (For anyone looking to use this mod, run it through xEdit's Quick Auto Clean because there are a bunch of ITMs and UDRs. It will work just fine after being cleaned!)
My first time endorsing a mod. This whiterun overhaul is criminally underrated. It doesn't do too much but makes whiterun look amazing with almost no fps drop. Super compatible with other smaller mods too. I was searching my LO for an hour trying to find out what was overhauling whiterun bc i thought this was just a flora mod for whiterun. The pictures posted don't do it justice!
This mod is great. I get bad fps on my 2012 laptop with or without this mod -- but this mod doesn't appear to be decreasing my fps by a noticeable amount, which is great for how much stuff it adds. Really great work.
Really amazing mod this one. Unfortuntely for me i will have to uninstall as its a little heavy on my mid mange Graphics card, however it is so amazingly well done. I'd love to see a version with less butterflies in it and that might help people with not much play room with thier performance to be able to install without any frame drops. Still an amazing mod tho thank you!!
Edit: After a closer inspection of things in the load order it believe that the large amount of butterflies and bees was not added by this mod. .My apologies. Exellent work!
I absolutely adore this mod. Whiterun has never looked so lush! A few notes for anyone considering installing it however.
If you are using high res flora mods, the load time for entering Whiterun can be hugely affected (in my experience). Even running on an SSD, it takes me 10 seconds for Whiterun to load after entering the gate. Regardless of this, I'm keeping it in my load order.

This is a Beautiful Mod. I am simply stunned it has only around 215 endorsements :-( As a "Relatively Seasoned Moodder" (150 mods installed) I am always wary of over-modding Whiterun as i've had many CTD's in previous playthroughs. However this is working beautifully with Eli's Breezehome and Populated Cities,Towns and Villages. Just tested entering through Whiterun Main Gate and takes around 10-15 secs. No Big Deal. anyone know if there is a patch to make this and capital expansion whiterun play nice, the guard tower behind what;s her name's house is blocked, both via a rock added by this( one of those console mods lists it done by this mod) and a invisible wall.
