Bolar's Oathblade as it should have been! Re-textured to a more Oblivionesque color scheme, dealing slightly more damage and retaining its charge longer. Also, it no longer mysteriously disappears from Bloated Man's Grotto during Hircine's quest!

If you have only visited Bloated Man's Grotto during the quest Ill Met By Moonlight, you might have missed a uniquely enchanted sword, Bolar's Oathblade. For some strange reason, Bethesda disables it, Bolar's Writ and the statue of Talos during the quest. The only way to obtain it is to visit the cave before starting the quest, or kill Sinding and wait a month for the cave to respawn! Its unique enchantment, causing 25 points of stamina damage, as well as inflicting twelve points of fear for thirty seconds, is nice, but after four uses it is drained. And its appearance is identical to any other Blade's sword. This mod changes all of that... Now, the sword, note and statue remain enabled during Hircine's quest, the appearance is modified to recall the Akiviri swords in Oblivion, the charge is good for forty uses, and the base damage is slightly increased, from eleven to thirteen.
