I noticed that too (not with the quest) I found waiting around a bit would fix it I think they have regular NPC AI and sometimes need a bit to door spawn. The reason for this is hypothesis is I have another mod that reworks the interiors of some Inns and will sometimes find the fences in the added basements
I really like this mod because I don't want to hurt the nice Argonian couple or get my favorite merchant arrested but still wanna steal stuff from people who piss me off and nicking the pants off guards is funny
Nice and mostly immersive mod for selling the "misplaced" goods, when not in the guild. Although, there are two small issues with it:
Fences don't have that much septims, so they quickly run out of them, when I'm selling them some loot.
The mod Master Trader, which dynamically gives to the vendors some more septims, when using the standard dialogue "What have you got for sale?" does not work here.
Also, regarding Pasha, the argonian fence in The Frozen Hearth. From the immersion point kinda unnerving that she is dressed in the Dark Brotherhood clothes, when my character has a mark on her head and is hunted by them, and sleeping in the inn, while she is sitting in the chair next to me... Would be much better to change her into some regular thief gear or something.
For sure, but it still seems kind of weird how there aren't more people in Skyrim willing to buy your stolen goods. And to have to go through a bunch of skills in a tree to get a perk for it.. This is honestly helpful.
No help at all to new, or even mid-tier characters. It doesn't really make sense logically either. Why would a bunch of law-abiding merchants all of a sudden flip on a dime and start a criminal career because some guy went up a level, whatever that may mean in a realistic situation.
And what's more logical, and frankly a lot more believable, than finding a shady dude to fence your ill-begotten loot to hanging around a tavern? Isn't that where all sketchy characters worth their salt lurk at in pretty much any RPG you care to name?
This is a good mod. And I'm happy to report that the characters in this also happen to look pretty decent. Nothing too outrageous, thankfully, they just sit well in a modded game that has improved character models and don't look out of place like vanilla potatoes would.
Great Mod for those who are starting a new character and don't want to bother with the Thieves Guild for the millionth time and don't have the speechcraft right off the bat to do it. *Endorsed*

Could I also ask a favour? Do you mind letting me know Tsara's ref ID? I disabled him temporarily and then forgot to re-able him, lol, oops.
Thank you again for the awesome mod.
