   It almost look as if she has two overlapping pieces of hair as one moves before the other. Not sure if that's what the physics essentially are or not.

   It is possible that it only happened to me.
   
   I install this mode and when I came out of the Solitude Blue Palace, a huge frame drop occurred.

      Same here. It happened during the burning festival or right before it. I have a lot of mods running though. I traveled out of Solitude, quit, etc. and haven't had it happen again.
