      easy fix go into SSEEdit and flag it in the right pane under view

   While this patch does indeed fix the Notice Board, the Message Board is still floating in the air for me.

      Which Dawnstar mod? Cause I use JKs, CoTN Dawnstar and the Great Cities Dawnstar and the notice board is fine for that town.
