This mod has been merged into my "Small Replacers" all-in-one, check it out here to save some plugin slots.
All screenshots were taken with a slightly tweaked Rudy ENB in LE.

  2. Hi. Still a little moding illiterate I guess but what is xedit? A separate mod? Or the mod data file/ini? Like for example when I open my enb settings file in notepad to edit variables. Asking cause I just want Uthgerd not the others.

It's a third party program for editing plugins, also commonly used to check for conflicts. The "x" part is because it comes in a variety of versions for different games or Skyrim versions, for example there's TES5Edit for Skyrim LE and SSEEdit for Skyrim SE (which is what you would be using). There's also zEdit, but you don't need to worry about that.
Here's how to do it: Open xEdit, select only PAN_WarriorWomen.esp - any requirements it might have will be autoselected. Wait for it to load, then in the left pane you'll see the loaded plugins. Click on the + icon next to PAN_WarriorWomen.esp to open it, then click on the + next to Non-Player Character. I've marked both in the image with red dots. That will show the NPCs edited by this mod, highlight the ones you want to remove (in your case, Mjoll and Adelaisa) then rightclick and select Remove. Once that is done, you can save and exit the program.

However, just deleting the NPC records is only half the task - you also need to delete the facegen of the NPCs you removed from the plugin, otherwise the game will try to load those and that won't be a pretty sight when they've been edited out of the plugin.
Open the PAN_WarriorWomen mod folder, starting with meshes and click your way through the filepath that's shown in the image below.

This is where the facegen is. Delete the two that corresponds to the NPCs you removed from the plugin - they share the same name as the ID in the plugin (circled in blue in the first picture). You can also always google "Skyrim NPCname base ID" and it will show you the right number.
Once you've deleted the two facegen meshes, you need to do the same with the textures. It's the exact same as with the meshes, but the FaceGeom folder is called FaceTint instead.
Once those two textures are deleted, you're completely done. It might seem complicated when explained in detail like this, but it's just deleting 2 NPC records and 4 files. The process is the same for any NPC, so you can use this knowledge for other mods in the future :)
    2. Got it and wow. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation not everyone would do something like this.

Same, I wish there was an easy way...apparently you need to use xEdit

If you are using MO2, you can hide mod files you don't want to load into the game (Vortex probably has a similar feature, but I'm not sure).
All 3 characters visual overhauls will still be installed, but only 1 will be loaded into the game. Install the whole mod as normal. Then in MO2 "information/filetree" hide the files you don't want loaded (right click on a file for the "hide" option). The files are numbered not named, so you need Mjoll's base ID number which is 0001336B. In the meshes and textures subfolders you will find 2 files with this number. So, leave those alone and hide the other 4 files which correspond to Uthgerd and Adelaisa.

@chrismartin - deleting or hiding the files isn't enough, NPC records need to be removed in the plugin as well. You have to do both otherwise you'll still have issues.

Thank you so much for all your hard work on your replacer mods! They're always my baseline for mod replacers, and since I started learning to combine character overhauls, they make up a very large portion of my personal use pack. Also, my favorite animals are cats, the platypus, and the hedgehog, since your metadata asked. :D

Hedgehogs really have absolutely no business being that cute when you can't hug them 😔

What do real Nord women looks like?
    This!

Usually in my Load order Bijin has overwritten Pan's character mods but this time Pan won, at least for Uthread and Mjoll cases.

I've played a lot of skyrm but I still dont know who the he*l Adelaisa is :-D
And ofc to you Pan super thanks for these wonderfuls mods!

Maybe it's my game, but this Mjoll looks a lot prettier than the Bijin one ironically. Bijin seems to fit her voice more, but I like the way this one looks way more. If Uthgerd's expression was less frowny and broody, she'd be perfect. The face itself is nice, but it's hard to buy her raucous, shoot-the-s#*! attitude when she looks on the verge of angry tears by default.

I really like Pandorable's replacers, each character looks so unique and true to their persona in the game.

Sadly I'm having a weird bug I can't quite figure out: Uthgerd looks just like she should upon starting the game, but as soon as I go through a loading screen, she goes bald and reverts to her vanilla face (no discoloration, though, which is weird).

I don't have face discoloration fix, so I don't think the game is trying to build her face on the fly. The facegen mesh that's in my data folder is the correct one, as I've inspected it in nifskope.

Looking through xedit, I can see all of Pandorable's changes are being properly fowarded in my merged patch, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Edit: I found the cause, at least in my load order, synthEBD was causing this issue, not only to some of pandorable's characters, but some from the bijin series too.

Hello, if i may ask, what armor do you use on Uthgerd in the pic? Thx!

The first pic is just the vanilla steel plate armor, the second pic is a mix of pieces from various mods. The chestpiece is the steel plate armor from spice gear collection and the cape is from divine elegance store :)

Belated followup as I've only just stumbled on this mod - do you recall / recognise where the circlet on the first Uthgerd picture came from by any chance?  Have searched around for it but no luck...

"In my screenshots they use bijin skin and tempered skins for females."

Which one goes first on your load order?

If I use them both at the same time, I load bijin first. In these screenshots I took them with different skins enabled, for example Adelaisa uses tempered skin and Mjoll uses bijin.

Had to install this one because Uthgerd in Bijin Warmaidens for some reason is bald (and her face is kinda ugly).
But anyway thanks for this wonderful mod. Endorsed.

Do you have the Unofficial Patch?
If so, you'll need to install a patch to fix that issue with Uthgard

Might have been something wrong during the installation or something. Make sure that nothing else overwrites this, also that you have fully uninstalled any previous versions of the mod

Could this issue potentially be caused by me having Bijin Warmaidens? I have it installed, but I made sure not to check off Uthgerd. Would this still cause a conflict?
