I've been wondering since I didn't notice anything about it in the description. Maybe I'm just new to Skyrim and it's a vanillla thing. But what is the imbueing thing next to the special smelter for smelting dwemer stuff?
Kind of a shame there isn't much Blackreach related content out there. I was hoping there was more considering I'm going to do a playthrough using The Timelost Dwemer - A Deep Elf Race Mod combinged with an addition to alternate start that makes it so you can start in a chronostasis chamber in Blackreach. Kind of difficult being in Blackreach as a level 1 character with only a few spells related to the race mod, a summon related to the race mod, and your generic starting spells. Other equipment you can pick up would be mage robes and a dagger with relation to the alternate start option. But this seems to be something I can use as a base of operations while I gear up and explore Blackreach and also use to get out since when I first did the run I popped out in the middle of nowhere when I left Blackreach and I had no fast travel points because I hadn't been anywhere outside of Blackreach.
Love this place! Playing as the last Dwemer and this fits perfectly. Also the teleport is super useful. Do kinda wish there was more clutter to make it look more lived in or furniture to cover the bare walls.
Haha, I'm afraid this is the extent of my ability when it comes to interior design! That being said, I could recommend something like Jaxonz positioner for placing more stuff about. That should let you customize it to your own tastes. I personally like a bit of empty space so I have room to place keepsakes from my adventures about.
Just discovered this very wonderful mod and absolutely love having a house in Blackreach. I am using it along with Bright Blackreach by tondabayashi and Magical Blackreach by Emiryan0103 and it works beautifully! It has everything an adventurer needs while exploring; and the uniqueness is very refreshing. Thank you!
The only feedback might be to add some beds or sleeping bags for followers.
This mod is a real gem - from the meticulous level detail to the rigorous consistency of "dwemer" aesthetic/craftsmanship. Well appointed, soundly laid out, and very functional. No conflicts with Blackreach Fortress or Railroad mods (which have adjacent assets).
I'm running low on plugin space, but after going on a binge to find things to enhance my experience in Blackreach I feel like I need a safe location to rest during my journeys there. and sure enough there are so few "homes" for Blackreach. This one is currently winning as my option to pick if i can fit another mod into my load order simply because it can't be instantly traveled to until i find it the first time and because it has a handy teleport spell to return to it.
The lighting seems kind of bright with my lighting overhauls but since i'm using Cathedral Weathers i can use it's interior brightness toggle to lower the brightness when inside so it's a bit better with my setup. Very creative and comfy for a safe haven in the depths!
Hi, I am having difficulty finding this house.... would it be one of the houses over by the Farm Overseer's house? If it is, neither of them are the house or the mod is not working for me , cause the Farm Overseer's house is still a mess and the other house is still blocked off by rocks.. can't go into it. could you take pic of what the house looks like outside? Oh, Sorry nevermind, I fixed it. I was trying to install it on steam folder but for some reason wouldn't work . I decided to start from scratch and removed my first folders I tried to install and installed Vortex and downloaded and installed them with Vortex instead and it worked great.. Sorry to have bothered you.... :) Great Mod by the way!!!
Glad you like it! Yeah mod managers are a great idea. I myself prefer Mod Organizer 2, but if you already have a bunch of mods installed then switching might be a Herculean task. If you only have a few mods, I'd suggest giving Mod Organizer 2 a go. It is a bit more complicated, but it gives you a lot more control over everything and there is a really good tutorial by Gopher on youtube.
Just what I have been looking for. I don't like huge player homes either. One request: can you make it adoption mod compatible? (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3862)

You can take a portal from the home, but not a portal to the home correct?
