    This is only for DAR, not for OAR?

      OAR is "backwards compatible" with anything DAR, which is just amazing... so anything that works for DAR will work with OAR - but not the other way around (as far as I know)

    Still don't quite understand what this mod is supposed to do. A small GIF of comparison would not be bad to have.

    I activated this, tried multiple combinations with animations, executed nemesis, changed settings in Improved Camera and I noticed no differece or change whatsoever. The animations are the same and I not notice any reduction in 'clipping issues'. Is this another of those 'Placebo effect' mods?  And yes, I installed the mod correctly. :/
    A video showcasing what this actually does would be nice!

    I can't believe I just discovered this mod! It works wonderfully. I'm also using

      My camera had bugged out when I was sneaking. First person was still set to lowered sneak somehow. Fixed after toggle. Don't need any of these mods. My main problem with the camera fix was that in first person spell plumes did not match the hands (or hands not being visible, how are you supposed to block or charge spells correctly).

      Not sure mate, everything is peachy for me(with the mod combinations). I can see the hands, and block and charge spells.

    I don't know what you did in heaven that forced God to send you back to Earth, but you're an absolute angel for making this mod.  A COMPLETE game-changer for first person gameplay.  It's so smooth I can't believe it's not butter! The most sincerest of thanks and may your life be blessed with prosperity and happiness.

    Greetings,

    thank you for this mod.

    I'm using Improved Camera and this mod with a Lexy's build.

    I'm getting rather frustrated, however. Many times when I go to engage in an animation such as crafting or mining, I get stuck in the animation and have to re-load. Or I'll sit in a chair and be faced to a wall. If I remember to switch into 3rd prior to engaging then I'm fine but that rather defeats the goal of wanting to play in 1st. :)

    I'm going to re-run Nemesis just in case but I didn't see any options for Improved Camera in its checklist.

    If anybody has any other ideas I would appreciate hearing them. I've only used Immersive First Person Camera prior to this playthrough.

      I believe this is an Improved Camera issue, not one that's the fault of this mod.

    Thank you for providing a useful template and the function to check if the player is in first person. You and I have had the same idea to create an optimized set of animations for first person.

    No promises, but it is something I am going to be actively researching and seeing how far I can get with my own animations. If I produce something worthwhile, I will let you know. Immersive First Person is way too good for me to just give it up.

    EDIT: I've made some progress by keeping the head/neck mostly stable in the third person animations. Its pretty ugly for shadows because of all the turns that the body does, and this would require new animations entirely to look good. I'll need a lot of time, but this is fully possible.

      Hello, im glad that someone is here who takes first person seriously and making own mod ^^ i wish i could do the same.... i just started modding my ,,first skyrim,, since realease my first playthrough and i want to play in first person. Im at this point where i like how 3rd person plays.. still battling with camera shaking and awful vanilla animation Jitter.. i tried everything from limiting FPS, mouses etc.. but the only thing what worked was first person immersion view for some reason.. i wonder if theres specific setting to fix the moving animation jitter.. anyways why im writing to you.... i noticed when i installed new TDM and CGO and movement behavior Overhaul.. 3rd person works great.. when you move left and right you dont get the vanilla Zig zag and when you press A and D it either cancels out or combines and player will move forward.. in First person it not working.. you get the awful zig zag fast LEFT RIGHT animation.. so i was wondering if you could do something maybe in the future if it would be possible for smooth LEFT RIGHT movemnt and to not be so fast and overwriting each other
