Version 1.1 comes with a configuration menu. In the menu you can select between five levels of reduction: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% or 0%. (0% only removes the reduction coming from this mod, things like the Amulet of Talos will still reduce your cooldown.)
The configuration menu is automatically added to your Magic -> Powers when you first load the game with this mod enabled.

This mod looks exactly like what I'm looking for, I'm very eager to try it ! But I saw a post below suggesting it would also lower the cooldown for draugr, so I have to ask : Does this lower the cooldown only for the player, or ALL shouts cooldown for all creatures and NPCs as well ? Alright, thanks for the answer ! I'm using your mod, it's great, avoids using Talos blessing/amulet if you don't want to for whatever reason. And the configuration options are perfect. Endorsed

This mod works on my gamepass pc Skyrim SE playing High elf
But in my Skyrim AE playing nord this mod is not working

Does this lower the cooldown only for the player, or ALL shouts cooldown for all creatures and NPCs as well ?
