More transparent rain splash textures, for people who find the original splash texture too bright. I love wonders of weather,
but I found the rain splash way too over powering, especially with ENB rain, it's now much more subtle. I tried to take
screenshots but my reflexes were too slow.
Install with your favorite mod manager, or simply drag this file into your data folder, and let it overwrite wonders of weather.
