Not compatible with any of those. At least for survival mode, it needs to have the proper keywords re-added to the record, easy enough in xedit, but the author would need to have survival mode installed.
EDIT.: in fact, currently the mod doesn't even foward the changes made by the unnofficial patch, that's an easy fix too.
If you open up SSEdit and load this mod with Frostfall/ whichever mod you want to fix it with (probably a good idea to just load your modlist in), you should be able to compare the changes made by this mod to the homecooked meal with the changes made by other mods. Aside from that, it is actually from a recipe. It's in the description and it's a rather simplistic dish.
In the actual recipe it is pan fried Halibut with seared tomatoes, potatoes and other veggies.
Still downloading it.
