Since some people are STILL confused about why I made this mod. In my last playthrough, I had the dark face bug with Recorder. I could not fix it no matter what I tried. I tried using loose files instead of the bsa. I tried exporting face gen data from the esp in the Creation Kit. I tried redoing my load order. Nothing worked, which is why I made this mod.
The function that set's the correct face color will run automatically after leaving and entering an area on an NPC with the fix, preventing you from having to constantly use the SetNPCWeight console command on them. This mod is to be used as a last resort if all your other attempts to fix the dark face bug have failed. Any more comments about this will be deleted.
This mod has literally changed the way I play Skyrim with mods... and it actually works!!! I am a modding Laymen. I have been modding Skyrim for about 5 years now and have wasted countless hours and frustration trying to figure out bug face conflicts in my load order every time I mod a new game. There's nothing worse than adding all those wonderful NPC mods and getting them to look all "perdy" an such only to find in my travels 12 levels in that I've got a handfull of NPCs with dark faces. This fixes all of that in what seems to be a pretty simple mod but genius none the less. THANKS SO MUCH. Now I'm not concerned about adding mods mid-playthrough in fear that I'm going to add a mod that conflicts with NPC files .
I have literally never run to endorse a mod so fast. I had patched the NPCs in the Creation Kit multiple times and was still not able to resolve the dark face bug. This fixed it immediately. THANK YOU!
I had been using this for a while as I was using proteus to replace an npc's look and had to constantly hit him with this spell. This spell was the perfect quick fix!!! Now, all of a sudden, I use it once and the spell completely disappears. I have to uninstall, reinstall, and again, use it once and it's gone again. I can't for the life of me figure out why this is happening. Anyone else have this issue? Or is it just another of my crazy problems trying to run 1k mods *shrugs*

If someone could suggest why, it would be nice to know.
