    Hi everybody! conflicts

    Fixed glowing textures in FOMOD version is already in "Files"! 


    Here are some answers to very popular questions.
    There is a compatibility conflict with SkyTEST
    If you have a problem with SkyTEST compatibility when not all the vanilla horses replaced with mine, use the guide, that @wbell03 share with us. I've followed those steps and the result is great!

    << This is what I did. The problem is SkyTest, the mod author made changes to player buyable horses at the stables. I simply opened up xEdit,
    selected SkyTest, went to the Non-Playable Actors tab, and deleted the
    lines MarkarthPlayerHorse, WindhelmPlayerHorse, SolitudePlayerHorse,
    RiftenPlayerHorse, WhiterunPlayerHorse.
    After that I ran the game, viola, fixed, all horse models except carriages are now replaced.
    As a player, i dont need SkyTest edits on player ownable horses anyways.
    The only mods I want touching player horses are CH and model replacers.
    Everything is now working perfectly.>>


    Conflict with Immersive horses
    IH replaces the same vanilla horses and most important their skeletons (the IM horses are different sizes), so even if you put my mod above the IH in load order, it won't work. My mod needs vanilla skeletons.

    If you don't have SkyTEST but have the same issue, when not all the models/horse harness replaced with mine or didn't show in game.
    Check the loading order. If you use Vortex or NMM it should correct it automatically, if you don't use any of mod managers check the MODS section in main menu of the game and change the loading order manually. It helps for the most situations.
    If you don't see the saddle be sure you didn't set the "bareback" in Convenient horses dialog.


    If manipulations with loading order doesn't help, see through you mods for possible conflicts. Even though my mod doesn't change anything except horses and the bridle/saddle, there are mods that can affect the same objects too (such as SkyTEST) and the mod won't work properly.

    Check your mods for possible conflicts, by turning the suspicious one off/on and than check in game. Thus you can find the conflict. But this is very rarely situation.

    If you have pink models or invisible models. This can happen if you extract the .bsa archive and set a wrong directory for meshes/textures folders, as a result - the game can't find them.
    Just don't extract the .bsa if you don't need to :) The pink models indicate the game can't find textures. The invisible models - game can't find meshes (models).

    Summarizing, 90% problems are due to the loading order, because the structure of my mod is very simple and it's very low possibility to it will conflict with other mods. I hope this advises will help somebody.
    p.s I'm not pretending to be an advanced supporter, just want to share with you my personal experience, so if you have something to add or correct - welcome! Because the main idea of this post is to help each other! :) English is not my mother language, so sorry for mistakes I've made or haven't noticed.

    I'm in love with these horse models & textures and won't use any others--any chance we'll be seeing a patch for AE's wild horses any time soon? I adore these horses, but I want to give Inigo the red stallion :D

    Is there any possible way to just get a Frost (silver grullo) replacer? Using with Witcher and Im not a fan of the all-white version, but the grullo frost is absolutely STUNNING yet I can't get Witcher Horse Expansion and yours to work :/

    Hello!

    I just noticed, but if you buy a horse from a steward, the horse is vanilla, so I think there has been an ''overlook''.

    Just thought I pointed that out.

    Hoping I can still get an answer to this lol

    I'm seeing the alternative skins show up for me even though I don't have that pack enabled and I just wanna see the basic ones. I have the bright fur mod enabled and also got the file that says LBHorseReplacer_basick pack. Other than that, I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing

    What a beatiful mod, I love these models and colors.
    It does work with Press H to Horse.
    It does work with Riding Animation Overhaul - RAO (OAR - DAR).

    These are lovely!

    I would love to have the alternate pack as a remaster of the Creation Club Wild Horses content. I've unpacked the BSA and poked at it, but my brain isn't wrapping around the subject right now.

    My eternal gratitude to anyone who can point me in the right direction for making such a patch for myself (and for everyone else, if I get permission to share).

    I've tried other mods which did similar things, but the horses always ended up looking extremely derpy in my opinion.  These however, are fantastic!  Thanks!

    Any plans to make this a full replacer like Oblivion horses? I did the trick with SSE edit for SkyTest but all the cart horses are all the same and it doesn't effect mods like Horses on Patrol

    I like your horses. I don't have SkyTest and no other horse mods except CH. However, when I started a new game, I began to meet default horses (not counting cart horses). When we were brought to the execution at the very beginning, I saw a warrior on a horse from the addons I installed Populated Cities Towns Villages and Populated Lands Roads. This rider rode through the courtyard of the fortress on a default horse. Later I saw another default horse next to a tavern in Riverwood.  Then another one outside the fence of the Whiterun stable. I was afraid that this particular horse would be sold to me, but the horse from your fashion was standing inside the fence and it was sold to me.
    I changed the loading order, but it didn't work out to get rid of the default horses (not counting cart horses).
    I'm glad they sold me a horse from your addon, but I'm still worried about this strange situation.
    I installed the second file from your list via MO2. And I didn't install anything else.

      Hi! All horses exclude cart horses and from add-on's/mods (such as horses form Hearthfire, or any horse mods fromCC) should be replaced bu my mod. If you face some vanilla ones in game this may be due to the conflicts or the game laggs. Try a new clean save, turn off ALL the other mods you have and check in game if it solve the problem.
