-
Version 1.13.0
- The Shadow Stone now increases Movement Speed while sneaking by 20% instead of simply increasing sneak effectiveness, which is kind of a boring buff to be honest.
- The Atronach Stone now only grants 20% Spell Absorption instead of 25%. This isn't really an intentional change to nerf the Atronach Stone, I am just normalizing stacks of Spell Absorption to 10 and 20%.
- The Lover Stone no longer increases your vulnerability while spell casting (since Stamina doesn't regenerate while casting, there's no need to add this malus to a stone that buffs Stamina regeneration).
-
Version 1.12.3
- Fixed an issue where the Steed was providing less than the intended bonus to Carry Weight.
- Yes I am still alive.
-
Version 1.12.2
- More minor improvement to the FOMOD syntax.
-
Version 1.12.1
- Minor improvement to the FOMOD syntax.
-
Version 1.12.0
- Switched to a FOMOD, which, among other things, will make it easier for me to maintain change logs for optional files.
- The Steed Stone now reduces the cost of sprinting (on foot or on horse) to zero when outside combat.
- The existence of a 20% Speed buff put the Thief Stone in a bit of an awkward place as an “endgame” stone; unlike the Mage and the Warrior, it was somewhat hard to justify using the Thief on a late game character, since the Lover had better Stamina sustain and the Steed had better speed.
- The Lover Stone now also increases the damage you take while casting a spell.
- With Blade & Blunt 3.4, you regenerate Stamina more slowly while casting spells, which means the Lover is more useful for mages (or, more specifically, spellswords) than before, so the inclusion of this debuff felt right.
- The Serpent Stone now increases the amount of hits you get from Poisons by 50%, instead of adding +2. This is a suite-wide change to this effect archetype. It stacks additively with other sources of this effect.
-
Version 1.11.0
- Tweaked the Lady Stone to give 25 Health, Magicka, and Stamina instead of 50% Health, Magicka, and Stamina Regeneration. This is technically a slight nerf, but since Max Stats are generally preferable over regeneration it should keep the Lady stone extremely desirable while fixing some problems with overperformance.
-
Version 1.10.2
- Fixed an issue where the description for the Shadow Stone was not displaying.
- Improved the text that describes the Shadow Stone's bonus.
- Fixed a typo in the Apprentice Stone's text.
-
Version 1.10.1
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Atronach Stone from displaying its tooltip properly.
-
Version 1.10.0
- The Lover's Stone now longer prevents you from benefit from the Rested bonus. Not only is this a pretty weak debuff for getting your Base Stamina Regeneration permanently doubled, but it also doesn't fit well with my vision for the Rested bonus in Simonrim going forward.
- The Lover's Stone now increases incoming damage while power attacking and drawing a bow by 25%, a fitting debuff for the power the effect (and a fitting debuff thematically, as well).
- The Warrior Stone now buffs bashing damage by 25%.
- A few small errors with tooltips have been fixed.
- Cleaned up the plugin and added some metadata.
- Okay but THIS is the last Mundus update fr fr. Like Aetherius, I'm very happy with this mod and I feel like it's finally feature complete. I may need to update in the future for bug fixes, stylization, backend integration, etc, but new content / bonus changes seem pretty unlikely at this point.
-
Version 1.9.2
- Fixed an error where the Lover was still giving the XP boost from Vanilla.
-
Version 1.9.1
- Recompacted as an ESL (sorry I forgot to do that earlier).
- Potentially the last update to Mundus ever?
-
Version 1.9.0
- Built in some architecture to detect whether Thaumaturgy (or Apothecary) is installed, and to adjust certain buffs to stack additively with Thaumaturgy’s enchantments and Apothecary’s potions.
- Note: this feature requires Thaumaturgy 1.3, which is not yet live.
- The Lady Stone’s Health, Magicka, and Stamina Regenerations now trigger separately, based on the level of your Health, Magicka, or Stamina. This should make the Lady better at giving its resources to the player when they are needed.
- The Serpent now increases Poison Uses by 2.
-
Version 1.8.2
- One last small tooltip consistency tweak :)
-
Version 1.8.1
- The Warrior Stone now longer buffs bashing damage. (I don't give this bonus out anymore.)
- The Serpent Stone now only increases Poison uses by 1.
- Several tooltips have been adjusted for style.
-
Version 1.8.0
- Added a new mesh for the .
- Removed a shader for the Atronach Stone that didn’t need to exist.
- Reworked some tooltips for consistency.
- Compacted and flagged as an ESL.
- Added a patch for USSEP.
- I think this might be the final update to the mod?
-
Version 1.7.0
- The Lady Stone now gives only 50% Health, Magicka, and Stamina Regeneration. However, when you fall below 50% Health, your Health, Magicka, and Stamina Regeneration are increased by an additional 50%.
- The Lord Stone now gives 25% Magic Resistance and 100% Health Regeneration.
- The Tower Stone now gives 100 Armor Rating and 100% Damage Reflect, inspired by the effect of the Oblivion Doomstone.
- My goal with these changes was to split Armor Rating and Magic Resistance into different stones, since Lord was previously extremely powerful. I also wanted to integrate Reflect Damage, since I think it's a really fun effect and Scrambled Bugs finally makes it usable.
- Fixed a small issue where the Serpent Stone showed a duration of 0s.
-
Version 1.6.2
- Fixed a bug with the Tower Stone.
-
Version 1.6.1
- Fixed a bug which prevented the Serpent Stone from playing in your active effects.
- The Ritual Stone should no longer effect your reanimated zombies once you take the second rank of Undead Servant in Adamant.
-
Version 1.6.0
- The Serpent Stone no longer reduces enemy Poison Resistance. This feature has been migrated to the Restoration tree in Adamant 5. Instead, it increases the duration of potions by 50%, and increases your Poison Uses by 2.
- The Lord Stone has been slightly nerfed to be more in line with player-focused armor buffs in Simonrim.
- The Steed Stone has been slightly nerfed (from 25% to 20%).
- The Shadow Stone now also improves your Sneaking ability. I'm not sure why I've been squeamish about this in the past, but without the buff, the Shadow Stone is one of the weakest stones by stat weight.
- The Tower Stone gives 50 less Stamina and 25% more power attack damage, to give players a little more incentive to use it.
-
Version 1.5.1
- tweaked lord again sorry lol
-
Version 1.5.0
- The Serpent Stone will now always reduce an enemy’s Poison Resistance by at least 25%. It will reduce their Poison Resistance by an additional 25% if they still have at least 25% Poison Resistance after the first effect is applied. This means that using Weakness to Poison (from Mysticism) won’t invalidate the bonus of the Serpent Stone.
- The Lady Stone now gives 100% Health Regeneration, 50% Magicka Regeneration, and 50% Stamina Regeneration.
- The Lord Stone no longer gives 100% Health Regeneration. Instead, it gives a 50% chance to ignore incoming stagger. This should stack with the Immovable perk in Adamant.
-
Version 1.4.0
- The Atronach Stone no longer reduces spell cost. It now increases Magicka by 100.
- The Lady Stone now increases Health, Magicka, and Stamina Regeneration by 50%. Health, Magicka, and Stamina regenerate 50% faster outside of combat.
- The Lord Stone now increases Health Regeneration by 100%, Armor Rating by 100, and Magic Resistance by 25%
- The Lover Stone now doubles Stamina Regeneration. It no longer reduces the cost of power attacks.
- The Ritual Stone now nerfs the duration of Conjuration spells by 50%, but increases the number of summons by 1.
- The Serpent Stone now strips up to 50% Poison Resistance, but it only works on enemies who already have Poison Resistance.
- The Shadow Stone no longer increases the effectiveness of your sneaking.
- The Tower Stone no longer increases the damage of your power attacks. It now increases your Stamina by 100 and decreases the cost of power attacks by 50%.
- The Warrior Stone now increases the effectiveness of your blocking and bashing by 25%.
-
Version 1.3.0
- The Atronach stone now only gives 50 Magicka. It now also gives 25% Cost Reduction. This gives you slightly less casting power at level one, but it scales better throughout the rest of the game.
-
Version 1.2
- The Mage Stone's bonus is now called Path of Wisdom because I wanted to steal Magicka Well for a perk in Adamant.
- The Thief Stone's bonus now also includes fall damage reduction.
- The Tower Stone no longer has damage reflection; it has extra power attack damage instead.
- The Lady has 50 Health instead of 50 Armor. It was supposed to be the "defensive stone," but switching from the Warrior to the Lady usually meant a reduction in survivability.
- The Ritual now doubles the duration of all Conjuration spells and grants you a large amount of damage resistance while you have a summoned minion. If you don't have a summon out, you'll not only lose that damage resistance, but take an additional penalty to defense.
- The Atronach Stone now gives 100 Magicka and 25% Spell Absorption, and only cancels your Magicka Regeneration while you are in combat. I wanted to stop building this stone in ways that most players refuse to even consider it.
- The Shadow Stone now comes with a 25% bonus to sneaking, mainly to help low level players get enough use out it, and make a sneaking bonus available if it was needed.
- The Serpent Stone now only reduces Poison Resistance by 25%. Because Adamant now gives poison mages ways to reduce enemy poison resistance, the values on this stone didn't need to be as high. Instead, the stone also gives you 50% Poison Resistance, to make up for the loss of Snakeblood in Adamant 4.
- Fixed an error with the Atronach stone.
-
Version 1.1
- Removed the downside from the Serpent.
- Re-implemented the Warrior, Thief, Mage, Steed, Lady, Atronach, and Tower Stones.
-
Version 1.0.1
- Compacted and flagged as an ESL. The nature of this mod means it's still safe to update mid-game after compacting.
- Fixed a bug where the Serpent Stone could be absorbed by NPCs.
- Fixed a typo in the Serpent Stone's loading screen.
