The Ebony Blade's drain health enchantment is at full power when you receive it. No need to kill friendly NPCs to power it up.

This is a pretty simple mod that does exactly what it sounds like. When you complete The Whispering Door quest, you find the Ebony Blade on a table. When you pick it up, that's it. You're done. In the un-modded game, it would have a drain health enchantment with a power of 10. You would then need to increase its power to 30 by killing 10 NPCs who are friendly towards you.
Well, no more. It's now at 30 from the start, and doesn't change. Consequently, the dialog with Mephala at the end of the quest has also been removed.
Since this mod directly affects the enchantment on the weapon itself, it should still work even if you install this mod after you've already obtained the weapon.
