I got the Book and Poison, but I'm not sure what to do next. Using the potion just poisons my sword, and reading/dropping the book doesn't have an effect.
In this mod Marcia is disabled, keep searching for something like bizarre book, poison bottle, etc. If you have nothing better to do. My thanks to this mod author for the link to the original mod Marcia Follower - SSE, how could I missed it?
As far as I can tell this mod doesn't work. I installed the original and she is there in the Bee and Barb. I installed this after the original mod and she disappears from the Bee and Barb and does not appear in the Temple of Mara in Riften. There is a Book in the Basement of the Temple but reading does nothing, it doesn't start a quest and there is no readable text. I went through all the trouble of finding the ref id to move to the NPC but that just puts you in a room with no doors and 3 naked dudes at 3 forges none of them will talk to you.
I rate this Mod on the "Trolled You" scale 10/10.

Curious detail: using it with Naked Dungeons mod, when such an event occurs ... Marcia... but it is very useful.
