That's...honestly a pretty small change, morality wise lol. I was hoping this lets you tell her to f*#@ off and get the quest out of your journal, or something even more drastic.
Okay. This is strange. my mod manager lists BFGG as needing an update to 1.1 (which doesn't exist) but, even stranger, clicking the mod version number to open this modpage opens the Namira For Good Guys (NFGG) page instead! (NFGG IS at 1.1, by the way)
Dont know why but doesnt work at all for me. Tried the "kill all first" and quest later and the "Speak with priest" way and nothing. I went to the altar tried to activate and nothing happend.
i no see point in this mod , on my 100 run of Skyrim i came to the camp and just slayed everyone without talking to them , ad the quest started from the moment when you fight the followers after the sacrifice.
After you eliminate everyone at the camp Boethiah asks you why did you slay them, in which you respond "my reasons are my own" and then she tells you that she has a quest for you but only if you kill a friend thus this mods is still necessary.

You still haven't done the quest and don't get a reward though.

Ignore this, I was looking at Namira for good guys. Duh moment!
