Adds CRAFTABLE enchanted versions of the Beige and Blue Wizard Hats originally created by Sirwho.
These versions can be crafted at a Blacksmith's Forge under the MISC tab.

BEIGE WIZARD HAT
The enchanted version of the Beige Wizard Hat has two crafting options. You can think of these two options similar to the [Circlet] and regular version available in the original mod, but with the same base enchantment that increases magicka by 30 points. It requires 2 Leather, 1 Leather Strip, and 1 Lesser Soul Gem (Filled) to craft.
BLUE WIZARD HAT
The enchanted version of the Blue Wizard Hat has two crafting options. You can think of these two options similar to the [Circlet] and regular version available in the original mod, but with the same base enchantment that increases magicka by 100 points. It requires 2 Leather, 1 Leather Strip, and 1 Grand Soul Gem (Filled) to craft.
LOAD ORDER
Place under Sirwho's Wizard Hats
