If anyones interested I’ve had a video made for this so you can see it in real life’ https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WN4UzMY881Q&feature=youtu.be It shows all variations plus a roof combined overhaul at the end to hide the vanilla roofs that look out of place
Thank you for making this mod ^_^ I'm so glad I found it today -- it's exactly the missing piece of the puzzle for what I was hunting for. And the JK's interiors are excellent to boot :D
Can't believe this mod has been on here almost two years now and I missed it. One of the best texture replacers I've seen. Highly recommend the AIO (first file) version. Great job on this @Fireapple !!
I just tested the interiors and it looks great. The walls are nice shade of blue with texture and the floors look great. It does change the color for all interior walls in Solitude. So the Bard's College and WInking Skeever also have blue walls.
Would still like to know what you're using to replace Elisif.
Yes, it changes all solitude locations that pull the interior stucco texture. In order to have palace unique would require an esp, which I really hate to do for a small texture replacer. I like to think it's because they have an abundance of deathbell around solitude which they grind for the paint pigment. I mean what the hell? Why not? The Palace is the only place that uses the ornate floors so it still has a much different look.
Come to think of it, all these years and I have never once stepped foot into the Bard's College. I dont know what it looks like in there.
Elisif is from Gmans Ladies of Solitude. But I am still testing it out, it alters same NPC's as Bijin's and Pandorables. So I am having problems getting them to play nice.
Ok, I remember that mod for the Ladies of Solitude. Load order is the key to getting them all to play nice. I use over a dozen NPC replacers and they all work together because I have the esps in the same order as the meshes/textures with no other mod coming after that touches their record.
Yep load order is key, unfortunately mods like AFT and RDO among others also touch the facegen files for NPC's. So battling brownface with multiple NPC's at the moment. Sybil Stentor seems to be exceedingly problematic.
I'm glad to see this mod since I too have been looking for that "Blue Palace is Blue" mod.I'm curious to see if it has the same effect on other items in Skyrim. I found the Palace wall texture was used in some styles of planters and pottery. It gave then a kind of "made in Solitude" feel. Edit: It sure does.I love finding items with that Solitude blue texture. I adds a feeling that commerce has been happening and you can tell where some things come from. As for the overall mod itself, great job. I love this mod.

Also, what Elisif replacer are you using?

Edit, I really appreciate the palace floor. Excellent work!
