This ENB is really performance heavy and is not recommend for low-end systems. With This ENB I have tried to make the game look kind of like a mix of fantasy and realism.

This ENB was by Damien or Augustus Mussolinus I, [Me].
The installation of this ENB is the same for all of the ENBs you just extract the 7-zip archive and drop all of the files in your Skyrim directory, where the Skyrim launcher is. Make sure you download and install ENB series before you download this ENB . Just drop all of the files in the wrapper version to your Skyrim directory then drop mine into the Skyrim directory and let it overwrite.
The FPS loss varies from PC to PC but for me, it was a hard hitter I average at 21 FPS with a Overclocked AMD Ryzen 2600, 16GB of 3200MZ DDR4 Ram and a Overclocked AMD Radeon RX 480 While heavily Modded with over 290 Mods.
This ENB includes Realistic Reactive Shadows, SMAA, Post and Pre processing, Sun and Lens Flair, Godrays, Edge AA, Bloom, Depth Of Field, Ambient Occlusion
And more.
Use whatever weather or water overhauls you like. I use Water For ENB and Lux
