I'm trying to figure out a problem with my wolves animation; the howl idle does play at all anymore. It may not be related to this mod but any advice would be appreciated.
I tried using this after an uninstall of SkyTest had left every wolfpack a deathmatch, so I reinstalled SkyTest with this running and, overwrote the skytest files with the uninstallation files (this still there to clear things up) saved and removed the files and this still keeps happening. Probably works well on fresh game, but does not work in helping getting rid of this issue after uninstallation.
This is not criticism, just heads-up for anyone who thought it would work like I described above.
it seems faction relations are baked into save at gamestart. Removing a mod that changes these relations (they are vanilla relations edited in skytest)still leaves the changes baked into savegame.
Thanks, I've started a new game recently and I had to witness how the Alpha wolf killed his entire pack on my way to Riverwood XD.
I don't suppose you could make Skytest's wolves to behave cowardly towards humans or the player, right? I am tired of suicidal wolves or carrying a torch everywhere when I am outside.
Wolves of different packs aren't lovey-dovey in the wild. Same goes for lots of territorial mammals (including Homo sapiens. Hey, there is a civil war in Skyrim!). So Skytest behavior is realistic that way.
They attack each other within the same pack in Skytest :) this is not only unimmersive but also makes the game easier since you only have to fight the last low HP remaining wolf.
