Thanks for the comment. Everyone should probably install one of those mods to get this issue fixed and whatever additional fixes they provide. Skyrim fixes collection uses my meshes, so it definitely fixes this issue. Dlizzio probably does too, but I'm to lazy to re-install Skyrim just to check it in game right now.
After installing the fix, I noticed that the overwritten mods came from ELFX? Is that okay? I mean, I'm using Noble skyrim plus elfx interiors. Is that the proper way to install this mod or elfx files should not be over written by any?
The files from this mod should overwrite the files from ELFX. In other words, my files should "win" the conflict. They contain all changes from ELFX and are therefore safe to use with ELFX.
Thank you! As a Noble Skyrim user, this has always bothered me. I tried to mess with the meshes myself at one point, but I'm pretty terrible at editing meshes in NifSkope.
I wasn't aware there were already fixes for this. In my search I didn't find any, and so I did it myself. Maybe I just didn't use the right search terms. Well one more easy to find fix can't hurt
it is not easy to find this type of fixes because they are often already included in other mods, unfortunately from the description alone it is not possible to understand what exactly they contain. Anyway, I agree, is always good to have this kind of specific fixes

All 7 of these meshes are replaced by both: A) Skyrim Fixes Collection, and B) Dlizzio's Mesh Fixes.
So it's probably fixed in either one of those fix packs.
