This is a good idea, but it's a shame it requires Extended Edition. I don't want drunkard fratboy Kaidan, I want the sweet one from Kaidan 2... Oh well.
Probably? Unless they changed a bunch of the old lines that check for player race, it should work fine. Obliviously it won't cover any new lines if some were added. Easiest way to check is load everything into xEdit and see if anything other than the conditions have changed.
Don't think Kaidan has any dialogue recorded for specific custom races. What this mod does is have the dialogue for his reactions to the vanilla races available for custom races depending on what vanilla race they're assigned as with the ActorProxy[vanillarace] keyword.
For example if you installed the Half-Khajiit race mod and made your character one, Kaidan will make comments for a Khajiit player character since that custom race has the ActorProxyKhajiit keyword.
This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! I use COtR, and as a vampire, I always found it odd that he never had any comments about my vampirism. Now he does!
I'm playing as a half dragon does this mod make it so kaidan will identify me as a half dragon or as a nord? (the half dragon race mod says its under nord)
I just have one question before I download this. IDK how to find out if CoTR has the ActorProxyRace keywords. Does anyone know if it does or how I would go about finding that out on my own?

Do you have any plans to do Livia Salvian by chance?
Not currently since I've never used that companion, but I've been meaning to. I'll take a look at her and see what I can do.
Update after taking a look at Livia there doesn't seem to be any lines about the player's race.
