Fixes the invisible message box problem when trying to cancel a Missives quest.

If you are a VR user and try to read quests notes from Missives in inventory, you will not see the message box that is supposed to ask if you want to abandon the quest. So you may end up accidentally cancelling the quest with no intention.
The cause of the problem is that the message box is hidden right behind the notes in VR. If you move your head into the notes, you will be probably able to get a slight sight of the notes and understand what I am talking about.
How To Fix the Problem:
Find fNoteY in skyrimvr.ini and change to -1. It adjusts the Y-axis position of notes in VR and solves the problem.
Alternatively, I recommend you to use Skyrim VR Configuration Tool to manage INI settings.
