Why are these weapons so low on damage? They're all in the 20's while my vanilla steel sword is 120. I downloaded the leveled list and it doesn't adjust.
Levelled list or we simply call it LLs is plugin record of how the Bethesda games handle item distributions in the game by targeted existing objects. In a nutshell, things you randomly find when looting NPCs and containers are handled by their LLs records in plugins. Haven't installed the mod yet so i wouldn't know. Most likely low base damage or low character skill.
The factor of weapon damage are just the base damage, actor's (Player and NPCs) corresponding skills, perks, and buffs. By buffs i mean like enchantments. Ebony weapons deal more damage than steel because they have higher base damage. What I'm trying to say, any weapon damage is scaled to every single actors simply by existing.
The most complete realistic weapon pack on the nexus. What's the best way to distribute these weapons to bandit archers/mages. For some reason in my leveled list they all use daggers 100% of the time.
Is Listmaker not just a part of (in an evolved form?) Synthesis now?
Certainly don't bother using the completely undocumented and never-updated CLI.
Still, realistically, you need Wrye Bash to get things aligned. I like Billyro's weapons aesthetically, but with WACCF they all have the same flaw. You get the Steel smithing perk and you can craft endgame Daedric items. "Just use xEdit to fix stats" is usually codeword for I don't ever do this myself. It should be: "Just use 5 hours to edit 50 weapons manually in xEdit and compare the stats from all mods that affect them". Then test and debug in-game until there are no outliers. I'm good.
