It doesn't need a FOMOD. there aren't any additional options to select so a FOMOD would be pointless. It's a rar file. It can be installed in anyway. If you're using vortex it has some issues with rar files for some reason.
I'm glad you're back as well. I really like the less shiny wall and ceiling textures. it feels much more natural and "earthy" without the shine. I hope you'll update your caves mod to reflect the same rock and texture choices.
I was looking at the pictures one by one and I was like "damn, who made these textures?" and then I read the mod author's name and I was like "Ah, of course".
