The plugin has records not fit for ESL, from what I understand, that can corrupt your saves. Removing the ESL flag, compacting it, and flagging it again should be enough to fix that I think.
When I install this and run LOOT it says "this plugin contains records that have FormIDs outside the valid range for an ESL plugin. Using this plugin will cause irreversible damage to your game saves."
Plugin checker in wrye bash shows that this mod shouldn't have an esl flag assigned. I used wrye bash(easiest option)to remove it,but you can do it with ssedit as well.
This is only a patch for those who have it (the ingredients and armors added by CC are definitely better than my home made versions), it will never be required by the main mod.
