I'm unable to improve Shrouded armor even though I'm lvl 40 and have the Arcane perk. I was able to improve the boots after making them "thigh boots" but still no on the rest.
absolutely love the mod, it will always have a home in all of my runs - would love to see an MCM menu in the future to customise what we can get exp from, i'd rather switch off getting smithing exp from clay and quarried stone and perhaps a higher chance of getting gems with smithing level increase would be cool
Why am I not getting Smithing Exp for mining and smelting? I have the features like being able to smelt my armor and weapons and turn septims into bars and such. It's like half the mod is working. I have no conflicts with the mod. Am playing on 1.5.97
The order of the item list in the smelter reshuffles when I smelt the last item in a stack, making it incredibly easy to smelt something I didn't mean to, combined with the risk that I'll smelt something I'm wearing or have favorited.
Is there a protection-from-recipes mod out there or is this as good as it gets?
Does the tanning rack look horrible to anyone else? When inspecting the rack with the console, it says the last mod to edit it is this mod... So what gives?
The easiest way is to move the mod down as far as you can in your load order and work your way up the list until it glitches. This in itself is easier with Mod Organizer 2.
For myself, since I use the Flat Map Framework (which glitches with almost anything below it), this means below everything except Live Another Life, all terrain specific texture mods, all lighting mods, and all map mods in that order.
I suppose there is a very, very, VERY small possibility that this is a product of the latest update--Bethesda claims it is not another modpocalypse but that's not true given the sheer number of mods needing SkyUI--I can't test that for you because updating would blow out almost a quarter of my can't-play-without mods.
