Enemy health isn't pictured, it's placed in a relatively vanilla location just under the compass.
If you have trouble with the enemy health not being in the correct location, it's probably because you're using Immersive HUD. Go into the Immersive HUD MCM settings and disable it, then save your game. Close out of Skyrim completely and re-launch it. Enemy health will now be in the correct location and you can re-enable Immersive HUD.
Also, for the charge meters, if you want to use the default ones instead of the combined you can change that in the preset file. They are individually setup to display under the stamina/arrow meters respectively.
Download using mod manager and then double click to install it. I can't speak to using anything other than Mod Organizer 2. I highly recommend if you're not using that to mod Skyrim that you switch to it.
Make sure all of the listed requirements are installed first and then let this overwrite.
I haven't played Skyrim in months so bear with me here, but everything is customizable in the .ini file in the download.
You can make the x position of the charge meters more negative to get them to move left, you'll just have to experiment until you find your sweet spot.

Would there be any way to make the charge meters hug the left side of the screen ?
