New Legion is a great mod, but the manica felt a little off. Historically, the manica covered the entire arm, with only a piece of cloth below it. In New Legion, it was built on top of a leather glove, which made it look too fat, in relation to the rest of the armor. The boots also had a similar look, making the soldiers look like Stay Puft.
However, NordwarUA have another imperial armor mod called Heavy Legion. In this one, the gauntlets and boots are made of plate, but the other armors were not better than the ones in New Legion. For one, I would miss the chainmail, which is a great addition, since there is a lack of mail armors.
So I decided to combine the heavy armor from the Heavy Legion mod into the New Legion mod. The gauntlets caused a lot of clipping, so I ported the cuirass together with the gauntlets and boots. You will still see some clipping with the legate armor, but you dont see a legate every day.
The meshes were renamed to the ones in the New Legion mod, while the texture path was preserved to the form found in the Heavy Legion mod.
The medium bracers were replaced with the light bracers of New Legion. Both now have the same appearance.
