Both this mod and the CBBE Bodyslide Patch for the mod have ESP files. Does it matter if this one or that one is being used? Or is this mod incompatible with that? What records are changed that I could incorporate into that esp if necessary?
I've done a better esp than this in Xedit, so i'll upload that. This at the moment there are some items which sneak through later on because i did in CK few years ago. This doesn't touch anything other than the DX armors mod. The new esp i'll upload removes the leveled lists done in Xedit so no chance of encountering items, you can craft them that's it :) books become available in riverwood trader as usual at certain levels, so to answer your question doesn't touch bodyslide, just removes the leveled lists from the DX mod.
Would this fix the issue with the crafting manuals failing to appear in Lucan's chest by chance? I've been having an issue where the manuals fail to show up in the list of items for sale at Riverwood Trader...
I've not had that issue, although i've just started a new playthrough so i'll have to go to Riverwood and check. What chest? i thought you could only buy them, aye well. I'll get back to you when i've had a look...UPDATE it doesn't mention a chest on the LADX Collection mod page and Lucan is selling manuals and armor my new playthrough. If you want the manuals freely just use the console i suppose.
The chest I speak of is the merchant chest that's inaccessible by the player... Said chest is placed within the game world. Each merchant in the game has one of these & each one contains the items they have for sale which would include the crafting manuals from LADX.esp...
I have seen 1 or 2 things distributed around tamriel late on in game so i must have missed a few things but at least people are not walking around missing limbs and torsos, or both
Gracias for this, was driving me crazy running into random bandits with invisible bodies and/or feet only to find out they were wearing Merta Assassin stockings or some other DeserterX outfits. Really wish there was a gender flag on them so they would only be distributed to females in the leveled lists.
Given the infamous gals-walking-like-guys that necessitated half the conditions of Sexy Walk, it's safe to say they just didn't flag a lot of things properly.
This has been bugging me on my game and was the last error after finally fixing all the conflicts and removing black faces. I spent hours trying to figure out what armour was causing invisible guys to walk about.
That's exactly why i uploaded it, couldn't find anything so i made this, can be a real pain trying to find what's causing things when you have a gazillion mods. May only work on a new game, not sure...
FYI it seems to have fixed all the glitches on my current playthrough, have not seen one invisible part man since I installed. So it may work on a current game too !
great, i only took out what cp44 put in, don't worry about itm's and so called errors, there's loads of data and variables not everything causes chaos, as long as there's something for the game to locate should be fine
i'll have a look...just leave it, not a game breaker, game will look through armors and assign random things based on which level you are, only difference is the DX armors are not an option now...if i'm wrong then i'll stand corrected
