I have updated the archive on behalf of all the cool modders who have written to me. I still leave the comments locked, I no longer have the patience and the time to respond.
If you really need to contact me, you know where to find me.
Yes, by the way I faked the screenshots and paid a lot of people to say it works XD
Me, it's better facelight that doesn't work. Do you think I should go post on Sthaagg's thread that his mod isn't working, or instead find out what's causing the conflict?
well see, you didn't have to ridicule this guy for him pointing out that this product doesn't work. Just fix it, or apologize, don't be arrogant. I also tried it. Doesn't work for me either.
It is definitely not arogance. This mod is free. You use it or you don't. it won't change my life at all. Every day I download mods from Nexus and when they don't meet my expectations, I uninstall them. I will not harass the authors. But I have a great idea: Make it yours.
When I started mod and I had a problem with a particular mod, the author would send me to google or to some obscure link that was supposed to help me debug my load order or whatever. If I came back later showing him that I had understood how his mod worked and clearly showing him where I was having problems, then he would tell me what I could do. Some of these modders are now my best friends irl.
In the present time, guys are clamoring for an apology for free mods they can't seem to use and every day I see my modder friends giving up skyrim modding community. I am actually doing an update for FHSF, which uses the skeleton nodes like the skse dll HDT Sitting Height Fix on LE from HydrogensaysHDT version. But I don't think I would put it on Nexus. Sorry.
it happens on some bar stools if they are placed lower than the ground, or if the characters involved use an animation which already makes them sit at the right height.
Actually, for me it happens with every single seat, I didn't play that character long enough to see if it applied to beds, or me (adult Altmer), because other mods I was trying out made the game unplayable for me.
On another site, I have several thousand FHSF users and it has never been reported to me. From what I can say is that shoes that have a High Heels spell can disrupt the proper functioning if there is lag script. But I doubt that all your characters have this kind of shoes, then it is surely something else :/
An alleged conflict with SexLab Framework 1.63 Beta 8 has been identified- this mod (or the original version of it) allegedly disrupts SexLab's scene relocation controls. Uninstalling this mod solves the issue. I'm mentioning it because it is possible, if this mod interferes with SL, that the reverse is also true- SL may interfere with this mod.
I can confirm on my end it comes from the added spell of this mod, because using removespell on the child, they will sink further into the chair when the spell gets automatically readded by script.
What I wonder is what's causing it in the first place (likely a conflict). I don't use Sexlabs, but I do use RS children. I wonder if that mod could cause such a conflict?
I have this with dragonskeep, when the childs are allready in the classroom, some are misaling with the chair. I suspect this happens when the effect is applied while the player is not in the cell
I am thinking of changing the mod form. I will make nioverride raise the skeleton, after Skyrim can place the NPC where he wants on the chair, that will not be my problem anymore lol
I notice that this mod changes something in the Default Object Manager which I'm not familiar with. It deletes all references which I assume is on purpose but WACCF also add new refs and I'm not sure what this is all about.
Don't worry, the Default Object Manager is not like the other records. The objects inside are added or modify another object if it has the same name, but they don't erase what is already inside. In this case here, this is the objetc that tells Skyrim to not scale small characters when they are using furnitures.
Do the height adjustments work with NPCs that idle with their hands on counters in stores? It looks like it affects shopkeepers at the market stalls in Whiterun, so I wasn't sure if that counted as furniture or not.
This mod caused a bug. With it enabled, I couldn't talk with NPCs who sat on chairs or stools. There was no "[E] Talk" prompt when my cursor was looking at them. When I disabled the mod, it started to work properly. Maybe you can investigate? I also use IRDS: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19094 Can this mod somehow cause the problems with your mod?
Hi TTRJN, IDRS is not the culprit. But you don't need it, there is the same record modification in FHSF. This is what prevents small characters from changing size when using furniture. I have not noticed your dialogue problem and it has not yet been reported before :/ Maybe a conflict with another mod, but I don't see which one.
Maybe EFF? It's known for being buggy, but it's essential for my gameplay. Besides, it never happened before with EFF installed. It must be something else.
Hi, something's making this mod stop working when you take a child follower, like Raeza, inside Honeyside home. Even if you leave her outside, she is then affected wherever she sits. Help? By the way, the same thing happens with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/26858.
Hi RonTunipo4, I have a very small fairy follower character and FHSF work well with her, but some mods can remove magic effects from follower and adoption characters. Try to leave the area and come back. Maybe this should give her the effect.
Hi, just wanted to stop by and say thank you for the mod! I'm currently playing as a child dovakin and I was looking for something like this to stop my tiny dova from sinking into the chairs. Thanks again!

Sorry.
Thanks for reporting.
Not sure why, but SL use a furniture for his relocate function (the relocate key)
The best is to put this furniture in the forbidden list of FHSF.
AIM nothing and go into the MCM of FHSF.
Then enter the ID xx045a93 (xx = the load order of sexlab.esm) and select "Don't fix this sit or bed"

WACCF is 100% compatible
Yes it counted as furniture.
I haven't try, but I think yes.
I'm not sure for the NiOverride parts who's check the skeleton scale, but normal scaliing and NetImmerse should work.

Thank you for your work!
Like all active scripts, they are saved in the savegame, but I haven't noticed any larger sizes of my savegames compared to usual.
