You probably use shields that come from mods. I have the same problem with my other shield mods like Immersive Armor. It only display the vanilla ones.
Don't matter what I do, the shield never appear on my back. Upon leaving the fighting instance the shield just disappear. Had it properly updated and still don't work.
Is this mod compatible with Immersive Equipment Display? It works good with it, except for whenever I put away the shield on my back when sheathing my weapon, it immediately turns it invisible. I'm not sure on how to make it appear visible, but it's there. Is there a textures or mesh bug or something?

I'm using UNB bodybase so it's adjusted for that, but it might work with other bodybases too (but you'd have to test it out)
