We need a guy like Logur in every hold. Sooner or later someone liking to add player homes in every place will set up Hearthfire homesteads with the usual customization options. Tell me there's not space for that on the outskirts of, say, Rorikstead.

Tested it out, using it along with EEK's whiterun interiors. Worked perfectly!
