Changes fast travel time to reflect lore size of Skyrim (same as Poland)

Skyrim is a neighborhood-sized piece of land in game, but this is obviously just a gameplay limitation.
There are several discussions on /r/teslore and other forums where people try to calculate size of Skyrim.
I prefer this version which says that Skyrim is size of Poland.
Ok, well - what is the best way to imitate that for gameplay purposes? After playing with different timescale and travel adjustments I found a perfect way. This can be conveniently accounted via Fast Travel time.
This file is just an ESP-ESL/ESPFE which contains a single game setting fFastTravelSpeedMult
It can be safely installed or uninstalled mid-game.
It will change your fast travel time based on a very helpful "Skyrim Distances 2.0" spreadsheet from Loverslab.
That file basically gives us real-life distances between different cities in Skyrim.
After I compared it with vanilla Fast Travel table I was able to change this setting in such a way that it would loosely reproduce the real-life equivalent of time required to travel that distance.
The basic idea is that if you are using fast travel it means you play safe and travel together with some caravans and other groups of people. This allows you to avoid danger, but you will do just 15-20 miles a day.
However, if you travel on your own (not fast travel) you can travel much faster (up to 40 miles a day).
This small mod will allow you to feel that time is really going for you, and you will be able to use different Season mods like Winter Overhaul 2019
I also use other mods to speed up flow of time:
Auto-Save and Time SSE with 120 timescale outdoors (wilds/road), 10 when stopped/combat, 120 increment.
Time Passes with much higher settings for smithing and crafting
A Matter Of Time allows you to see time and season symbol, which is very convenient for timescale and season mods.
LE users can use a very similar mod Immersive Lore-accurate Fast Travel time
It is a based on same idea as True Fast Travel Time, however it's slightly less hardcore than TFTT.
